Objectives: As a results of the lesson students will..
1.) Student will preview Pages 254-278 using pictures and captions.
2.) Generate a K-W-L to demonstrate prior knowledge about ancient Rome.
3.) Write down what the know about ancient Rome, and generate questions about what they want to learn about ancient Rome.
Lesson Overview- Students will use their Social Studies text and preview captions and share what they know about ancient Rome. Students will then create a K-W-L chart to demonstrate prior knowledge about ancient Rome and generate questions about what they want to learn about ancient Rome.
Evidence of Learning- Create K-W-L chart.
